Palmetto State Wrestling Academy
If you learn from defeat, you haven't really lost.
Who we are
One of the few year round wrestling training facilities in the state open to all ages!
Why we are
There is a need for the state and area for a facility to help grow wrestling.
Where you are
We have experience with girls and boys of all ages and meet the kid with attainable goals and techniques appropriate for their experience.
How it starts
Our practices are held four days a week, but training takes place everywhere, and nowhere, both at the same time. We teach the mental approach to wrestling as well as physical.
Clinics
What makes a wrestler better? The answer is simple, repetition and off-season training. Here is a signup for our next clinic!
Revolution
Wrestling is growing as more and more females join the sport. Our staff has openly promoted the growth and encouraged females to join and compete against the boys.
Competition
College and Olympic wrestlers have trained hundreds of hours to be able to compete against the best. Here are local and national opportunities to get better by competing. COMING SOON!
Want to help by donating?
We are trying to not only grow the sport of wrestling, but we are also mentoring the local youth in our communities. Wrestling can be taught, but the true life lessons are learned in the process and some kids have more needs than others.
Family & Friends
Wrestling bonds a diverse group of kids coming from different racial and economic backgrounds and home-life situations.
Structure
Kids learn life applicable lessons from training and competing. Some lessons are due to failure and some are due to behaviors and mindset.
Necessities
Some kids just need extra help. Our staff goes above and beyond to help in any way we can.
